Experiencing lag when moving Canvas and zooming in or out

When moving the Canvas, it drags behind my cursor and its really irritatingly slow and laggy. This isnt happening on any other Adobe App and when reverting to an older Version of AE its not happening either. Ive tried uninstalling the App, clearing cache and nothing is working. When working on my less powerful MacBook im not experiencing any lag. What is going on??
