Exporting animated gif splits and rearranges the image in after effects

Upon exporting a gif I have ran into an issue. Exported gif is split in half at a random spot and rearranged.

Here's the gif. The animation still works which is funny but it's split in half.

I have done this before and the gif saved correctly. I don't understand what's going on.

Just as I was writing the last comment an update became available and it fixed the issue.

It splits even when exporting as a .mp4 😞

I tried switching the vector base to a jpeg, png, tried making a new project, the result is still the same.
