Expressions link to effect name does not update correctly in AE24 (and beta25)

Here is reduced  affected project..
It is working flawlessly on AE 2023. You can save it as 23 project or xml and test it - it will work..
After open it in 24 or 25 it starts flashing and altering two values of price (from different controllers). But! Not ussualy in composition where text layer is placed. The issue is most of the time visible only in main comp or one level down.. 
It is somehow sometimes works well, when I change random value of random layer (text layers anchor point, position of null object.. anything..), but it is not reliable, every change in any layer can broke it again..
We need to keep in mind which projects can be edited in 23 and which need to be opened in 24, so little bit schizo.. 😄 😄

It is not possible to convert to keyframes.. It is "template" promo video project (not mograph template) for one discount shop. It is used every week. Just changing products and price tags.. It must be maximal effective, due to low budget and unvisal. Of course, I can edit text directly in pricetags.. but it cost additional time and no one will pay for it. So we still sticks in AE23 with this kind of projects (it is about six different projects with the same issue) and for other stuff using AE24

It seems to me that we already addressed this topic at the beginning of the year,

we worked around the issue by converting the expressions into keyframes or using a script to edit the text values and disable the expressions.
