EXR File Bug Report – Adobe Version 25.4

I have encountered a bug in Adobe version 25.4 related to EXR files.
When applying effects to EXR files (particularly the Extractor effect) the output becomes glitched. The image appears fragmented and unsmooth, which significantly impacts both the preview and the final render.

This issue makes it difficult to work with EXR footage reliably.

Thanks for your reply. I don’t have dual GPUs on my system.

I’m only running a single NVIDIA RTX 3080 Ti. My CPU is an AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D.

I tested the same workflow on version 24, and the issue with EXR files (Extractor effect glitching) does not appear there. It only happens in version 25.4.

Can you try updating to the After Effects 25.5 version? A similar issue was fixed in this release. If it doesn't help, can you share a screenshot of the glitch?
