Just found this thread,
guess that's the same topic we're writing in this thread too
https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-bugs/exr-drawing-incorrect-frames/idc-p/15474005#M16951

Btw. i'm loading files over the network and not locally
With 25.3.2 all is running fine.

I'm experiencing the same issue.

I have reproduced the issue with the files supplied and we are investigating the root cause now.

Thank you so much for helping us with this.

@Paul Uu Thanks for checking into this - I'll send you a message with some example EXR sequences with the issue.

One weird thing is that I'm only seeing the issue with existing EXR sequences. I haven't been able to reproduce the issue with new EXR renders so far. I thought it was a cache issue because of that, but clearing all cache doesn't seem to make a difference.

I've only seen this happen on my local system. I haven't tested with footage across a network.

@Paul Uu We are having the same issue on our end.

Although our frames are partially showing, not fully empty.

Both on Network Drive and Local Drive.

It seems to be related to filesize, since smaller EXRs load fully, but bigger EXRs only load partially.

Here is an example project including both big and small EXRs

Thank you for reporting this issue.

This is not something we observed in our internal testing, nor have we had any other reports of it, but it is definitely a serious issue we want to resolve ASAP.

By far the quickest way we can do so if you can message me a link to the simplest AE project with EXR source footage that is reproducing the issue for you.

Also, are you working with the footage across a network connection, or is this also occurring with the footage on your local system?
