Extremely slow render when an effect comes on screen

Hello, I am using After Effects 22.6.0 and Media Encoder 22.6.1 The playback is fine in after effects and runs smoothly. In Media Encoder at the start it goes quite fast, when the effects appear it slows down a lot. My colleagues have slightly older laptops and it runs fine. 

I am using Monterey 12.2.1 (21D62)

Hi @Stevie26806570vnya,

Thank you for reporting this issue. There have been several fixes to memory management in the latest After Effects 2023 release that may address the slowness you are seeing. Please update to the After Effects 2023 and let us know if you are still experiencing this slowdown.
