Frozen program. No preview (3D)

Every time i'm trying to use after effects 24 for my project the screen freezes on a random part of the preview. You can see in the picture here that all the layers are turned off yet it's frozen on the intro, and it always stops me from playing any type of preview. I've restarted AE many times, I've purged cache, change render mode from cuda etc. nothing is working. the edit is mainly a 3D edit using cameras and null layers

Try to Reset Preferences: Sometimes, resetting After Effects preferences can resolve various issues. To do this:

•Hold down Shift+Alt+Ctrl (Windows) or Shift+Option+Command (Mac) while launching After Effects.

•A dialog box will appear asking if you want to delete your preferences file. Click “OK.”
