Green Bars at the bottom Exports after effects 1x1, 4x5 and 9x16 apple pores

I see solid green bars in the bottom 1/4 of the frame for exports.
The first render does it fine, after the second render it does this problem.
It comes in 1x1, 4x5 and 9x16 formats. apple prores

the temporary solution to deliver the job was to close after effects to reopen for each render.
