Handling Long Stadium LED Videos 2023

Hello Team,
I am creating a 16480 x 90 px LED stadium video for 30 seconds, 30 frames/sec and trying to save as an mp4. When rendering with Media Encoder 2023, the H.264 mp4 exports as 16384 x 84 px by using "Match Source". I cannot see any other options to get the exact 16480 x 90 px size. BUT when I pre-render and create an ".mov" file, it comes up exactly as 16480 x 90, but the file is 1.02 GB versus a 38 MB mp4.

Would you guys have a solution and have thoughts on why the .mp4 export decreases to 16384 x 84 px. I'm thinking about creating a 16576 x 96 px working file just to see if it'll size down to 16480 x 90. Please let me know when you have a moment. Thank you.
