Help! Error 19972 when exporting

Hey everyone,

I’m having a weird issue in After Effects and I’m stuck.
Every time I try to export a composition using Render Queue, I get this error:

“After Effects error: An unexpected error occurred while exporting a composition. Error Code: 19972.”

I’ve tried restarting AE and my computer, clearing cache, and changing the output format/folder… but it still happens.

Has anyone run into this before? Any tips or fixes would be amazing!
