HELP!! video is delayed after rendering but fine in preview

i was making an edit, and while watching the preview, it was completely in sync with the audio and wasn't delayed whatsoever. however, when i render it, it's fine for the first few seconds but then the video delays and no longer matches up with the video. ive never had this happen before when making similar edits. this also only happens to my edits that contain transitions, never simple velocities.

ive attatched 2 streamable videos. one is the rendered product and the other is the video of the preview. PLS HELP!

Please ensure that the frame rate of the footage, Composition Settings, and Export settings match. For example - if you're using a 24 fps footage, your Composition frame rate (navigate to Composition > Composition Settings) and export frame rate (in the export settings) should be the same.

Hope it helps. Feel free to reach out.

Thanks,
Nishu

Try converting the audio track to a WAV file or an AIF file outside of After Effects and then replace the source of Layer 2 with it.  Linear PCM, 48 KHz or 32 KHz, 16-bit, stereo should be good settings.
