How to Get Rid of This Notification About Plugin Failing to Load?

This is a strange one because I only recently began seeing this notification when AE is loading plugins. Plus the fact that I have been using Neat Video V5 for some time now, and looking back, doesn't look like I EVER had V4 installed for AE (although I did for Premiere Pro). Also, the file path it specifies doesn't even exist (there is no "Plugin-ins" folder inside of "Common"). I'm just wanting AE to forget about this. Any ideas?

The issue once you find the plugin is that the Neat video plugin is not correctly signed for the newer versions of MacOS and as such AE is unable to load the plugin. You'll need to get an updated version of the plugin from the developers.

Make sure you are navigating to the root level /Library/ folder, not the one in your user directory.
