I can't use the caps on some letters.

Hi there!
For some reason I can't change some letters to capital version. I used Poppins Bold Font, which i used before in another Adobe programs, without problem. If I try to change it manually (with the shift button) the font changes into Times New Roman. Do you have any idea what the problem could be?


(the problematic letters are c, i, s and z, After Effects 2023 version, fully updated, OS is Windows 10 pro)

Thank you for your quick reply! I tried the cleaning method you suggested, and now all the letters seems working.

Thanks for writing in.

I can type all the letters in small and caps with the Poppins Bold. Could you try clearing the media cache? Here's how: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-discussions/faq-how-to-clean-delete-or-trash-media-cache-files-in-after-effects/td-p/10634312
