Incorrect warning about insufficient cache space

I have a 2TB SSD for cache, currently only 400MB is being used and After Effects warns me that I'm running out of space, what's happening?

I'm worried, I've already deleted the temporary files and the same notification keeps popping up.

    We can check this. Are you on macOS or Windows? What version of After Effects are you using? Could you share a screenshot of the After Effects Preferences > Media & Disk Cache tab?
