Installation Language Problem

Ae 2024 & (Beta)  + Media Encoder 2024 & (Beta) 

Probably a Creative Cloud Desktop problem

Every updates, I need to edit application.xml to run apps in English

Ceative Cloud Desktop > Application > Default installation language > English (International)

Result in application.xml

 it runs applications in french

I need to edit application.xml like this to run applications in english
