Late 2013 MP + AE 2023? compatibility issue?

I just updated my MP (Late 2013) macOS to 12.6.3 so i could then update 2023 (23.0 and above) versions of AE and PRE but both installs in the CC app have failed. 

Is there a compatibility issue here with a MP this old?
