Library Big BUG on After Effect

Morning, Library doesn’t work well, the images didn’t have the preview file and this is a very big problem and regression, can you fix it?

That’s not ideal. I don’t have this problem on my end. What version of After Effects are you using? Do you see the same issue in other Adobe apps?
