malfunction

When I start the program it just crashes and won't start, any actions suggested to solve the problem don't help. Nvidia video card.

Thank you for reporting this issue. As @Mylenium suggests, we'll need more information in order to help you and diagnose what is going on.

 

There is a known issue with the latest NVidia drivers, are either of these the version you are using?

From our Known Issues: "After Effects crashes on computers with NVIDIA cards due to a problem with the most current NVIDIA game-ready drivers (531.18 and 531.26). "

That's of no use to anyone. Yopu have to be much more specific and provide proper system info and possibly crash details.
