my Adobe After Effects 2020 won't start anymore (MAC)

good evening,

for whatever reasons my adobe after effects 2020 won't start anymore.

it says : ''After Effects can't continue: unexpected failure during application startup''

i got a macbook pro m1 and recently updated to macOS sequoia 15.2

do u think its possible to downgrade my mac to sonoma and then get it to work? thanks

That version of After Effects is not compatible with that hardware and software combination. You'll need to run After Effects 24.x or 25.x.
