If your Creative Cloud app is set correctly...
...Any chance this started happening immediately after you installed those BorisFX plugins?
...Any chance you didn't pay for those plugins?

Check the Creative Cloud Desktop application in Preferences -> Apps and make sure you're installing in English.

no Its in my languge and in ae 2o24 it was on english and worked fine
