My Ae suddenly stops preview screen and nothing happens for a long time.

I've been actively working on an Ae project for 3-4 days now, and I've been experiencing a “freezing image” issue since this morning that is completely blocking my progress on the project.

After the error occurred, I tried to exit but couldn't, and Ae's error message said that 3D part plugins were the root cause of the problem. Frankly, I don't know what to do, but I've already spent over 25 hours on this project and still have a long way to go.

Using After Effects without 3D part plugins is impossible for me, and this error isn't my fault. Thanks.
