my after effects 2025 is crashing but 2024 is working fine same issue with premier pro

the beta version is working it the only 1 spec version which is crashing pls help me

Hi, Sorry that is happening. You might try troubleshooting. Purge all cache files in After Effects. Delete the media cache in Premiere Pro. You can also try resetting preferences. Let me know if that works. Thx, ^KM
