New Project doesn't remember OCIO management settings

When setting up Adobe Color Managed, AE remembers your project settings after closing AE and re-opening a new project.

When you set AE to OCIO managed and pick ACES 1.3 Studio config, close AE and reopen, a new project defaults to the first option in the list ACES 1.2 with no working and output space selected.

Running latest beta build as of this post but this behavior existed ever since OCIO's implementation I believe.
