non existing markers shows up (and dissapear) while zoom into timeline randlomly

In latest AE 25.2.2  is strange bug - When you use intensivelly layer markers and zoom into the timeline, then mysterious, non existing markers pops up. When you continue to zoom into timeline  (using mouse wheel and alt), they dissapear, but appear again when you move and zoom in and out over the timeline. 
Video with recorded buggy behavior attached.. And also the whole timeline picture to prove that markers does not exist in real..
I did not observe this in 25.2
It is just happening in 25.2.2

So, it is here again. This time it is not part of marker, but small dot. When you try to click on it, it dissapear. But it appears again whem you zoom into the timeline and then zoom out 🙂
Sometimes it appears at other layers and different position, sometimes dissapear just after mouseover or by adding any keyframe or changing any value.

The list of fixes in 25.2.2 didn't touch anything to do with the timeline or markers so I can't immediately think of why this would have changed in the patch. We'll try to reproduce it.
