Not able to use warp stabilizer

I have been trying to use warp stabilizer but it is getting stuck in its initalization stage. and later give message that it failed to connect to dynamic link. please help me solve this issue. cause its not working on any clips.

    Are you using any third-party plug-ins? I've seen a similar issue caused by a third-party plug-in. You can disable your plug-ins temporarily for testing (in the menu select Effect > Manage Effects).

    I had this too, and got it consistently post-2020. After then I just stopped using it. Like rotobrush it simply stopped working as intended, just one more deprecated part of AE.
