Not responding

On cleaning up smart mask intepolation it stops and don't work any more i did every thing to do some thing with that but i need help

We need a lot more information to help out, so I have a few questions first.

What exact version of AE is this (not just the year, but the actual version number)?
Is there an update in the Creative Cloud Desktop app? If so, please install and see if it works.
What OS are you running?
Can you launch in Safe Mode? Hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Win) or Cmd + Opt + Shift (macOS) while starting AE. If AE does launch then that tells you there's either something wrong with your preferences or a third-party utility you have installed.
When did this start happening? After an update, after you installed a new plug-in, something else?
