Ouverture Projet bloqué par CINEWARE

Hi,
I ABSOLUTELY need to reopen a project created under AFX 24.1 (because of CINEWARE), but this version is not accessible via Adobe Creative Cloud.
How can I retrieve it, please?
This is very important and quite urgent… :(

    How is it possible that Adobe is leaving its customers in the lurch (to put it politely) with such a serious problem? Would it be so difficult to make version 24.1 available for download so we can reopen these projects? What am I supposed to do?

    Hi there,


    Thanks for writing in. Unfortunately, 24.x version is not available to download anymore. Only the latest and one major version behind the latest version are available to install. You should be able to open your project in the latest version. Are there any errors when you try to open the project in the latest version?

    After Effects V 26.2 (latest version) won’t open project… :(
