Plugins fail to load

Everytime I start After Effects it brings up this error. These are plugins I dont use any more and are not installed on my machine. How do I get after effects to stop showing me this error message?

It looks like the same thing is happening with Mask Prompter, so I'd recommend you file a bug with them at aescripts so they can update their installer to prevent this in the future.
