Preview is glitched

In the last couple of months preview frequently glitches as shown in the video, sometimes black frames, sometimes more colorful glitches. It's been happening on different projects, simple ones and complex ones.
The glitched frames also show in export.
When refreshing cache it fixes the frame it's on but glitches another one.

My hardware config is:
Apple M1 Ultra
64gb
Mac OS Sequoia 15.5
Ae version: 25.3.0 (Build 71 ) It's been happening in previous versions too

Sorry for the trouble, but thank you for the report, system info, and screen recording—that stuff is always helpful. 

We just released a patch for this issue; you should see AE 25.3.1 in your CC Desktop app.
