Preview keep resetting for no reason

Hi, I really need help, I don't understand why I have this bug.

When I try to preview my work, my loading bar immediately resets and the preview is jerky (due to the fact that my bar loads a little but resets just afterwards).

I manage to load and keep the load if I interact with the after effect interface (for example if I keep pressing on the timeline size change).

Please help!

I also got the error saying that ‘After Effects error: Cached Preview needs 2 or more frames to playback’
I've emptied my cash, my preview is at 1/4 it shouldn't bug.

Maybe it is a footage item that is corrupt.
Try to narrow it down.
- Save as a new file
- and then try to delete a bunch of files from the project window
if it then works, you know that one of the files you just have deleted is corrupt.
Undo and work through those files until you have found the troublemaker.

Or an effect causes the problem.

Try these,

Disable Cache Frames When Idle from Composition > Preview.
Go to After Effects Preferences > Display > Hardware Accelerated Composition, Layer, and Footage Panels.

If nothing works, I'd recommend updating to the latest version, as there were similar bugs in the version you're using.

Note: You will not be able to install the 2022 version if you remove it. But you can install the latest version separately. It'll not remove the 2022 version.

No only on this one , i try to import on new project but i still got this bug...

Does it also occur with other projects?
You may try to import the projectfile into a new Project.
