Probleme de composition

Bonjour 

 

J'ai un probleme avec mon After Effect 2025.

 

Quand je crée un nouveau projet et donc une nouvelle composition, celle-ci (la composition) ne s'affiche pas correctement et affiche un écran noir qui même en augmentant ou diminuant le zoom ou même en insérant des solides images ou vidéos reste pareil (un écran noir), comme vous pouvez le voir sur la photo ci-jointe.

Thanks for trying. What exact version of After Effects are you using? Can you try the following steps and see if it helps:

• Close After Effects
• Go to the Device Manager (Run >> devmgmt.msc)
• Select Display Adapter, Right click on the "Intel UHD graphic card".
• Select "Update Driver"
• Select "Browse my Computer"
• Select "Let me Pick from a list of available drivers on my Computer".
• Select "Microsoft Display Adapter".
• Launch After Effects.

Looks like you're zoomed out all the way. What happens if you change the zoom level to 100% or Fit to screen?
