Problème de lancement et Crash récurrent d'After Effect

Bonjour, 

Je viens de recevoir un nouveau IMAC et j'ai des roblèmes de lancement et de crash récurent sur After Effect (Pr, Au Ai ou Ps fonctionnent très bien)

En gros je ne peux lancer After Effect sans faire Cmd+Maj+Opt et ensuite choisir entre Safe mode ou continue. 

Je vous joint un screen de ce code erreur. 

De plus lorsque j'arrive a lancer Ae et que je travaille dessus il crash de façon aléatoire. 

J'ai un code erreur "Multi thread rendering" qui s'affiche. 

(C'est un ordinateur du travail et ca m'empèche de travailler)

Si vous avez une solution je suis preneur 

(J'ai déja fais les MAJ Apple, Esayé v25,1/24/23 et d'enlever tout plugin, de lancer en safe mode ou encore de desinstaller réinstaller...)

Je vous donne les spec au besoin

    Hi, yes I can do a crahs report and I will, and no I can't because unless I launch Ae with Cmd+Shift+Alt he doesn't open. 

    The crash happens almost everytime at the start or when I switch to another project (when i sucess to launch it with cmd+Shift+Alt)

    Hi Nishu, Yes as i joined the screenshot, you can see one of the crash report. It's not working on any project, we're working with a NAS but it's not working either in local. I've tryed with new project but it keeps crashing.

    When the crash occurs, are you prompted to submit a crash report? If so, please make sure you submit the report with the email used for your CC account. It'll be helpful for us to find the full crash report on our system. Are you able to create a new project and work on it without crashing?

    Sorry to hear about the crash. Are there any crash reports? Is it crashing while working on a specific project or any project? Do you mind testing on a new project without any media?
