Project Thumbnail and Washed Colors

Hey folks, recently I've found something weird inside AE project.
The thumbnai, of "project" tab show colors washed out.

I'm using sRGB workspace because i work with many compositions from PS and AI, so its the best way to keep colors consistent.
But i've found this color mismatch today, and it looks weird. If I change the color workspace from my project to none, it shows the real color (like the library or if I use overlord to send the color palette to AE project).
And here's the doubt: If I set the color workspace to sRGB, the color palette looks the same as Illustrator, but if I change it to None, it looks more saturated (but the thumbnail keeps the real color).

image 1: color workspace sRGB -color palette from library
image 2: same color palette trough overlord - and srgb workspace (the real color)
image 3: none colorspace - color palette from library
image 4: same color palette trough overlord - and srgb workspace (over saturated color)

How can I fix this, or is this a bug?
I use the project thumbnail many times to click on the color palette to change color of stuff inside my project and if I try to change the color using eyedropper, it changes to a washed color (and not the real one).

Edit 1: I've noticed that the color picker inside AE grab all collors slight diffrent than they really are.
