Properties Panel slow scrolling speed and issues

At the current state of After Effects, the Properties Panel feels very slow to scroll compared to others like the Project Panel or the Effects Control Panel. The scrolling bar at the right side of the Properties Panel is also smaller compared to the others.

It would be great if navigating through this panel felt the same way as the others.
