Recently, when I opened both After Effects and 3ds max at the same time, the screen would turn black

Recently, there would be errors when opening both After Effects 2023 and 3ds max simultaneously. When I created a new project, the created solid layer wouldn't show up. In the composition window, only the transformation points of the selected materials were displayed, and the color was the same as that of the software interface. When clicking the time slider, the window flashed black, and it returned to the software color when releasing the mouse. When I opened After Effects 2023 first and everything was normal, then opened 3dsmax, the composition panel of the opened project in After Effects 2023 would get stuck, unable to play, unable to slide for playing, with no sound, and sometimes the screen would turn black. Unless I closed the 3dsmax software and reopened After Effects, and sometimes even needed to restart my computer.

I have tried the following steps: updating the graphics card driver and changing to the old version driver, changing to Mercury in the project settings, disabling hardware acceleration, clearing all caches, disabling all effect plugins, disabling script writing and accessing the network, but none of these worked.

I have seen other people encounter the same problem in other forums, but there is no solution.
