SE TRABA LA PANTALLA Y SE PONE TODO NEGRO

Hola!, ultimamente cuando uso after effects en algun punto del trabajo con cualquier archivo el computador  se traba y seguido la pantalla se pone en negro y me toca reiniciar el pc, este problema solo me pasa cuando uso after effects. 

 

RAM: 16GB

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600

GPU: Nvidia 1650 ti
