Shape Layer With RotoBezier Shape changes path after adding any Effect

If I create a Mask or Shape with the Pen Tool in RotoBezier Mode and after that I add any effect to that layer (I added a 4-Color Gradient effect) the RotoBezier mask changes. Deleting the effect doesn't revert the mask to the former shape. The more I move the mask handles around, the funkier it gets.

    I’m using V26.0 Mac OSX and i don’t have this issue so maybe it’s only on windows!!
