Even if you unassign Numpad 0 from preview shortcut (which is default) it is still working as a preview shortcut. It wouldn't bother me, but whenever you try to type in text with using "ALT CODE" for example ALT+0176 = degree symbol, you are unable to do it cause instead of typing, after effects starts to preview LOL.

2023 and 2022 have to issues, not sure about other versions
