Significant Increase in Startup Time AE25.4

I was on AE25.1 and project load time was just fine (note, this is the time in the startup modal before the full window loads). I updated to version 25.4 and the startup time jumped to >10s. I imagine this is intentional on Adobe's side—maybe some kind of scan was added— but this needs to be fixed/optimized. I even tested the Render only mode and it too experienced significant startup costs.
