Hi, I've scanned ALL the installed fonts on my machine and removed all those look bizarre and the program works just fine.

Thanks GOD!!

I made the process using a software called NexusFont, it takes a lot of time but in the end problem solved.

Hard to know. You may just need to move batches of fonts to a temporary folder to see if removing one of them gets AE to startup for you.

BTW , After effects is the only App that has that issue.

Hmm, not exactly what I was thinking.

Do you have fonts installed (C:\windows\fonts) that are not from Adobe or from Microsoft/Windows? The last message before things fail seem to indicate the Text/Font system is starting up.

Browse to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\After Effects\25.4\logs

and now create an empty text file in that folder called: After Effects Log.txt

Now start up After Effects.

Once it gets to the point of hanging, go back to that file, open it up and paste the contents back here.

Based on your screenshot, my best guess is you have some sort of third-party codec installed that is causing AE to hang. But the log file should tell us more.
