THE LAYER EXCEEDS MAXIMUM SIZE

AE will render but then I get this pop up when it's done and  it freezes so I have to force quit (on a mac)..  I saw it was connected with repetile or motion tile, so I pre rendered all of the layers that used that.  Not only that I have been trying to systematically turn off layers and render to see where the issue is, and it's simple logo and a solid.  I don't know if anything else in the comp is triggering it, because I can't get past those two.
