Try to replace a Premiere file with an AfterEffect composition and every time the window freezes

Hello,

I'm trying to replace a Premiere file with an AfterEffects composition (from within Premiere and so create a dynamik link) and every time the save window freezes and the loading cursor turns blank. I can't save the AfterEffects composition to a location (so that I can work on it later). I have to force AE to close.

I've looked for the problem on other threads but can't find a solution.
- I have already deleted all media caches from both applications and restarted my computer.
- I've also turned off the Hardware Accelerated Decoding in After Effects settings but it changes nothing.

Note that my computer is 2 weeks old and that before that, the function worked very well.

My settings are :
- MacBook Pro - Aplle M4 Pro - 48 Go - Sequoia 15.1

- Adobe Premiere and AfterEffect 25.1

Can you help me please to continue to work?
