Unable to allocate enough memory

I need help please! I have 128gb of ram and I'm still getting this error, here my pc specifications:

RAM: 128GB (3600 MHz)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-Core

How is it possible to have 128gb (116gb allocated to AE) and not being able to allocate memory?
