Unable to use Media Encoder with After Effects

App versions: After Effects (v23.2), Media Encoder (v23.2)

Platform & OS version: Windows 10, OS version 22H2.

Steps to reproduce: 1) Choose a composition to export, 2) Click "Composition", 3) Click "Add to Adobe Media Encoder Queue"

Expected Result: Adobe Media Encoder opens, compositions are added to the Media Encoder queue

Actual Result: 2 error messages involving the Dynamic Link (attached below)

The usual steps apply: Make sure the apps aren't being blocked by security tools, check your network settings, verify access to temp folders and check user permissions, reinstall and run the program with sufficient privileges.
