Unknown Exception when exporting Essential graphics

When trying to export a mogrt out of after effects, it gives me and unknown exception.

 

I’m using After Effects 25.0, on Windows.

It happens with every single project, even if I create a new one.

It never happened before, until our team moved to a new building and are connected to a VPN.

      Thanks for reaching out. Thanks for the clue that you shared. For testing, if you can safely disconnect from your company network and connect to a different network, like your phone hotspot, and try exporting the mogrt again. If it works, you've confirmed the issue is network-related and not an AE defect.

      To fix this, share Adobe's required endpoints list with your IT team so they can allowlist them on the new VPN:
