I put the mp4 video in the project and it appeared in quick time format

    Thanks for the note. Is this footage you shot with an iPhone? If so, try switching off spatial audio in camera settings and shoot a test clip. Let us know what happens. If that isn't the case, let us know. I hope we can help you.
