When open AE i get an aefx suite not working

so when i go to open after effects it gives me this and it says also gives me plugin errors so ik its about plugins but idk how to fix

ive tried restaring pc, reintsalling ae, deleting plugins but its even the plugins that come with ae i get an error so please help
