Why does my AE keep crashing?

I now open the project and it crashes after a while. Sometimes it crashes directly. My driver is the latest version, and AE is also the latest version. I don’t know what the problem is, so I can only come here for help.

HI @karl-hermann_5164  sorry about the crashes. When this happens, do you get the crash reporter dialog? If so, do you fill it out with your email address? I looked in our system for reports with the email you use for this forum account, but nothing came up. Do you use a different email for your Creative Cloud account? Feel free to DM that to me and I can can search our system.

There is a possibility of crashing when opening and starting. It will not crash immediately after opening a project, but will crash after a while, usually from half a minute to a minute. It is not a specific project, but will crash as long as it enters the production process.

Is it a specific project that's crashing or does it crash simply when you try to launch the app?

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble.

Try running After Effects in Safe Mode to see if you can determine if the crash is caused by a corrupted preference, a plug-in (built in or third party), a font, an add-on, or an extension.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, changing the version but it still doesn't work. I can't think of any other solution. My computer has no problem using other software. Currently, only PS, PR, and AE will crash. Has my computer been blacklisted?
