Why is my video glitching/corrupted in after effects

For some reason after effects is causing a few of my clips to  become corrupted despite the original source being fine (image attached). This issue then carries on through to the render and i have no idea why.

Can anyone help, many thanks.

Hi Connor,

Sorry to hear about the issue. What version of After Effects are you using? Could you share your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? Such issues are usually caused by the GPU driver. Please ensure that it is updated.

Thanks,
Nishu
