Zoom in the preview panel

Hi Davide, I tested this on my end and the zoom behavior is working as expected. So it may be specific to your setup or a particular tool being active.

A few questions to help narrow it down:

1. Are you on macOS or Windows (with version)?

2. Your exact AE version (Help > About).

3. Have you tried running AE in Safe Mode with third-party plug-ins disabled to see if the behavior changes? https://adobe.ly/4ypsAPO

4. Is any specific tool active when the reversed behavior happens (Pen Tool, Selection Tool, etc.)? We had another user recently report reversed behavior specifically when the Pen Tool was active with an open path endpoint selected — worth checking if your scenario matches.
